Question: in what fileformat were the original scan data, and how did you get this into STL or another printable format?
The files were Dicom from a CT scan I had done and I used Invesalius to convert the slices to a 3D format to play with and then print.

Thanks. I'll try to get skull or bone data from the veterinary faculty here, and try it out. This could be usefull for lessons and research.

On their website are some files to play with, all under the download tab, like a head, chest, feet, fox head.
Read the manual for all the settings, very cool is the 'contrast' in the 3d view, lets you see through all the tissues

Yeah...it is a 1:1 scale skull. What can I say? ?
Although he is only about 2.5 inches tall. Not like the other batty.
