Posted · Ultimaker 3 von 2,85mm auf 1,75mm umgebaut

Ich habe meinen Ultimaker 3 von 2,85mm auf 1,75mm Filament umgebaut,

dazu habe ich einen neuen Hebel gedruckt und eine andere Rolle montiert,

mit einem 3x2mm PTFE Schlauch  das Führung Spiel des Filaments minimiert,

es war dann noch ein Anschlag nötig.

Bis jetzt läuft das System 10 Stunden ohne Probleme.

    Ich habe bisher nur 1,75mm Filament gedruckt und habe davon ca. 30kg da.

    Ich wollte mir weißes ABS von M4P in 2,85mm kaufen das sich so gut Aceton bedampfen lässt, leider gerade ausverkauft,

    dann wollte ich weißes PLA von Janbex in 2,85mm kaufen das wird gar nicht produziert.

    Nein Bilder habe ich noch keine gemacht, der Drucker läuft gerade noch.

    Ich habe die originale Cores verwendet,

    musste nochmal neues Teflonrohr bestellen, weil das erste Telonrohr etwas eng war,

    durch das Prägen mit dem Ritzel entstehen Erhöhungen die den Filamentdurchmesser größer machen.
