broke fan port j14 repairable?!

I broke accidentally short circuit the fan port j14 (cooling fans). Is the any way to repair the port by soldering an SMD part?

now I am using the led port for the fans ?

I found this drawing but I can not find the SMD parts online and I am not sure where to search and what the exact names are.
