First layer support missing

Recommended Posts

Posted · First layer support missing

Hiya,

I was wonder why when I have ext1 set for brim, that the first layer for the support on ext2 gets printed after layer 2 of ext1.

In effect it misses the bottom layer of the support. this causes adhesion to build plate issues.

many thanks

Rebekah

I have a similar problem with 3.4 and 3.6 both, only a single extruder though. It doesn't print the supports on the inside (upside down box) until layer2, causing adhesion issues as well.

same issue.

Cura 4.0.

first layer complete with E1.

First layer should be mixed, E1 and E2 for support. This way adhesion would be much better.

Any help?
