I wonder if any thought has been given to having a comment field available in individual profiles. One example of the purpose would be to make a note such as :' Use PEI build plate' or, in another profile, 'Use clean glass build plate'. Maybe to make other specialized comments that are not a part of the standard profile settings such as a note about specialized pre or post print gcodes or what-have-you.

It's not a 'must have' but if it is an easy implementation it  would make things a bit easier than having to keep a special setup text file with all that information recorded in it.
