Print job stays in printer

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure what you mean with the 'Print-Jobs-Page', I guess you mean the page on de Cura Connect web page?

Is it an UM3 or S5 printer? And what firmware revision?

What you can try on a UM3 printer, go to menu System/Maintenance/Cura Connect reset.
A similar menu item is there on the S5, but I'm not near such a machine now so you will have to find the menu yourself.

It happens every few prints also with not aborted print jobs, so until this is fixed you have to regularly reset Cura Connect. But on the other side it doesn't hurt really, so personally I do it from time to time, but I didn't care much about it if Cura Connect is working or not.

    • "Back To The Future" using Generative Design & Investment Casting
Designing for light-weight parts is becoming more important, and I’m a firm believer in the need to produce lighter weight, less over-engineered parts for the future. This is for sustainability reasons because we need to be using less raw materials and, in things like transportation, it impacts the energy usage of the product during it’s service life.
