Weird points on the calibration cube vertices

Recommended Posts

Posted · Weird points on the calibration cube vertices

Hi there. I noticed when slicing that there are 3 weird points on the X and Y, that are visible (and horrible) when printing. What may be the problem and a solution?

Have you checked the model in the x-ray view? I would not be surprised if you would find some model flaws indicated in red there...

It is perfect in X-Ray view.

It is how it looks printed, just like in the slicer.

I found out using 0 as external wall insert lowers this effect hugely, but it is still there a bit.

Using a negative value helps but it is very weird and it can be flat with the rest of the surface, but then why isn't it flat already with a 0 value?

For last, why are the corners deformed?
