@SandervG yes, i've followed the UM instructions. I cannot enter the menu display to follow the instructions.
@Padey Have you restarted the printer? If you did and the error appears, then insert an USB stick into the printer, restart it once more and give it a few moments to save the logs to the USB stick. Remove the stick and check the logs the printer saved. You should then contact your local reseller and provide the logs. This way the reseller will hopefully be able to identify the issue.
