Problème Adhérence plateau équerre ABS

 Impression d'une équerre ABS . Les bord se décollent et se soulèvent  du plateau .

 j’ai essayé avec plusieurs réglages remplissage : 50% ou 75 % , température d'impression ABS 230 degrés ou 250 degrés …adhérence au  plateau sans / avec Raft , 

- température du plateau 100 degrés - 

rien n'y fait !!!!

ABS = capot obligatoire ( enceinte fermé de haute en bas n'est pas un mal )  

J'utilise de l'ABS Standard utilisé en injection et extrusion. Je ne descend plus en dessous de 250 °.( Je varie entre 250 et 260 °C )

Quel est la température indiqué sur la bobine ?  


Pour une pièce aussi grande, adhésif obligatoire de mon point de vue.

Dimafix en spray au stick.


Même si le remplissage joue sur le délaminage, ce n'est pas ça qui me fait raté l'impression.

C'est la température trop basse.
