Hotspot progression!

When i try to set up a hot spot it just sits on "Printer is creating a wifi hotspot. this may take a minute." i left it sitting on that for a few hours while i was at work. Ive tried factory resetting it. unplugging it and letting it sit unplugged. it allowed me to connect at first, it created a hotspot i connected it to my wifi and updated the firmware. after this it wouldnt allow me to connect to it. so i tried factory resetting it and trying to setup a new hotspot and ive been stuck since.

What printer model and firmware version do you have?

Um3 and the latest stable. I cant remember the exact number.

Have you already tried reinstalling that latest version (4.3.3)?

i tried "udating" but it just said it already had the latest version

There are two work-arounds: update with an USB stick and installation of the testing version and the again of the stable version. The first one is probably safer.
