Cura 3.5.1 Print Via USB Not Working

I just updated to Cura 3.5.1 and am unable to print via USB to my Ultimaker 2+

 

My work recently got the printer and we're still getting the hang of things.  We have yet to print via USB, so the specific version of Cura may not be the issue here.

 

Whenever I slice and prepare the model and then try to print via USB, the print head traces the xy paths, but the build plate does not move, no material is extruded, and the paths are traced near the home position of the print head, not over the center of the build plate.  I've looked through everything that I can find within Cura itself and Googling hasn't been helpful for me.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have the same issue, running the latest Cura 3.6.0, and upgraded FW on my UM 2 Extended. My SD card slot seems to be damaged so can write the code on SD and now I can't print via USB as well...😂😂😂

Did you change the Gcode flavor to "Marlin" in the Machine Settings?

No I haven't changed anything.

Then do that. Ultigcode (or “Ultimaker 2”) gcode flavor is not compatible with usb printing. Never has been, never will be.
