Bonjour à tous,

tout nouveau dans la commnauté, je vous partage ma récente charniere de porte pour mon Ultimaker 2 extended.

Mon cahier des charges était simple ,faire une porte pour mon Ultimaker 2 extended :
1 / en plexiglass
2/ qui s'ouvre à 270° pour ne pas géner quand on y met les mains
3/ sans percer les cloisons de mon UM2 extended
4/ facilement escamotable
5/ assez robuste , sans jeu , et d'un sapect "serieux" à l'image des imprimante Ultimaker

Je l'ai dessiné sous Solidworks.
Plusieurs versions ont du etre imprimer pour arriver à un résultat satisfaisant.
Je devria recevoir ma plaque de plexiglass prochainement ...

N’hésitez pas à donner votre avis (même négatif) pour l'améliorer.

Salut et merci pour le partage, 

 

Le rendu est propre , 

tu peux apporté des améliorations, comme ajouté une partie métallique comme une pointe dans la jonction.Collé sur la parti mâle.

Pour les capots que j'ai déjà, il y a un élongation sur la charnière du bas qui vient ce posé sur fond de l'ultimaker. 

Et sur la charnière du haut un demi crochet qui vient épousé l'axe.
