Post-Processing not working on Mac Cura 3.6

Recommended Posts

Posted · Post-Processing not working on Mac Cura 3.6

I was able to create post-processing scripts on previous versions of Cura. However, with a Prusa I3 printer configured, the scripts do not write to the g-code file using Cura 3.6.

I tried deleting configurations and reinstalling, but it did not help. I am running a Monoprice Maker Select V2 printer. I tried setting the printer to Prusa i3 K2 as well.

Hi! Where is your .py file? You have to put in C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 3.6\plugins\PostProcessingPlugin\scripts\ folder.

LarryB is on a Mac, so this will not help. But when on the Mac when you open the Help menu, you get an item show configuration folder. Inside this folder there is the plugins folder, so give it a try to put the plugin there.
