newbee advice on settings for 2 printers

I am new and have a monoprice select mini v2 printer and I have a geeetech A20M duel color printer. I have looked all over the internet, and I am trying to find the best settings for each printer, so I can set them to where an experienced person suggest. I have also tried to print on the A20 a measuring cube that holds water, so I got some PETG filament and printed a measuring cube because they say it holds water and the cube came up on each corner and leaks as bad as when I used the PLA filament. would appreciate any advice on the settings for each machine and the PETG filament.

Thanks

      • Ultimaker Cura 5.6 stable released
Cura now supports Method series printers!

A year after the merger of Ultimaker and MakerBotQQ, we have unlocked the ability for users of our Method series printers to slice files using UltiMaker Cura. As of this release, users can find profiles for our Method and Method XL printers, as well as material profiles for ABS-R, ABS-CF, and RapidRinse. Meaning it’s now possible to use either Cura or the existing cloud-slicing software CloudPrint when printing with these printers or materials
