individual control of hot end temperatures

Question:

I still have to assemble my dual extrusion kit, but already sliced a dual color object with cura 12.12A.

Looking into the g-code I see the switching between extruder 0 and extruder 1, so that seems to be OK.

However I only see one temperature, set with M109 S200. Does this mean both hot ends will be heated? Actually I would like to control the hot ends individually, is that possible?

Regards,

Albert
