Unwanted material before auto leveling

Hello all,

 

I am having trouble with auto leveling on my S5 printer. Just before proceeding to auto leveling the support print core (AA0.4/Breakaway material) extrudes material resulting in bad leveling.

During auto leveling the printer thinks he is hitting the plate while he is hitting the unwanted material. I tried to remove the extra material before the autoleveling operation starts  but I do not have enough time.

 

I have seen someone saying that he changed the starting sequence to make the auto leveling before print core heating...

 

Is there a simpler way to fix this issue ?
