Posted (edited) · Cant remove top layer when 0 top layers select

So i am trying to 3d print a vase using normal settigs and not the vase mode as i can never get it to work correctly on my ender 3 also wanting more wall layers.

 

Ender 3 Pro

Cura 4

Pretty much default print settings and no infill.
