That's right, my UM2Go has just the spring and no spacer.
Thank you! My UM2Go has the spring too. Are the instructions for replacing the coupler on a UM2Go somewhere on the Ultimaker website? I couldn't find them. The UM2Go User Manual says that the instructions are on the website, but it doesn't have a link.
Edited by JimTI don't know any link, but you can look for disassembling instructions, it is basically the same. And you can also look for UM2 which has the same print head as the UM2Go.
I just found this link, which describes how to install the Olsson block, but the disassembling instructions should help you.

"Ultimaker North America Support" (or fbrc8.com) is always a good source for such things:

Thanks. It's good to know that the North America Support website has information on the UM2(non+) that also applies to the Go.

Wasn't that print head the same as the UM2 (non-plus!)? Or have there been different UM2Go versions?
In the first case (=like UM2 non-plus), I think you don't need any spacers, because this was with a spring instead of fixed-length metal piece.
