Left click doesn't work in 4.1 for Mac

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do anything in 4.1. Left click does nothing at all.  In order to select the model I have to right click (which also brings up the right click menu). I want to rotate and move the model but when I try to left click on the arrows (move) or circles (rotate) like I used to, it deselects everything. I can manually enter numbers in the boxes, but I'd like to be able to move things around like I used to be able to. Is there any way to do this?

Restarting twice fixed it. Please delete.
