Z base to default position

Hello everyone,

As a newbie, I have a problem with my zbase. I can't get it down after a print. It stays up just under the noslle. What am I doing wrong ?

What happens if you turn the Z screw by hand? Maybe the z stepper isn't attached?

Maybe you need to show a very short video. Maybe print something of dimensions 1cm by 1cm by .3mm and just show the end of the video.
