Stainless steel has a 5 to 8 on the Mohs scale,  I am assuming they are closer to five on this part because of the cost.

Never heard of Solex but a few google searches show it is most likely a Knock-off of the Ultimaker part, and quick google search I find posts about them working but only “Kind of” fitting correctly.

3D Solex is a well known and serious company, so don't worry they have great products!

I have the CC red core for such things and it works great. The fact that it has only 0.6 is not a disadvantage for me, most abrasive filaments cannot be printed smaller than 0.6 anyway, because the nozzle would become clogged.
