Print core Damaged

Hi,

 

How are you guys?

 

First of all I am so sorry if this post are not in the right place.

 

I have an Ultimaker 3 printer and unfortunately I am new in this kind of issues of 3D printing and I had bad luck. When my printer was printing during the night, something bad happened and the print core was damaged. At least three components were in bad condition and now I am trying to find new pieces for replacing the bad ones. So, the damaged pieces are the temperature sensor (PT100), the ceramic resistence and the heatblock. I were using a AA printcore 0.25.

My question is if anyone can tell me what the specifications of these components are for replacing them. Or do I have to buy a entire new printcore??

I think it's easier and safer if you buy a whole PrintCore. It's questionable if the parts are available at all, because it's not intended that you can exchange single parts.

Smithy thank you so much for your answer, but I'd really like to know the technical specifications of these components.

Does anyone know that?

If you check the ultimaker github repository you can find the designs of the printer and you can figure out the technical specifications
