Bonjour,
apres 1 mois d'inutilisation, ma UM2+ extended s'est mis en "ERR07 x or y switch broken" au premier rallumage ...les palpeurs de fin de course ne sont pas en cause, j'ai tenté une config usine idem, graissage des axe , mise a jour du dernier firmware idem. j'ai 24 V sur 2 pin du transfo, et 0 sur les 2 autres.
les moteurs semblent forcer dans les 2 axes ...meme quand je place la tete en plein milieu.
Du coup je cherche un reparateur agree dans la region PACA pour eviter le transport.

    Salut,

    Déjà, à voir combien de temps à ta machine et voir si tu peux l'envoyer en SAV pour garantie et voir ça auprès de ton revendeur (si tu l'a pris en magasin bien sur).

    Sinon, Didier t'as donné le lien pour les revendeurs UM et je pense que tu trouveras vite ton bonheur avec 😉

    J'ai déjà eu ça une fois ou j'avais mal serré une buse et que plein de produit s'était répandu autour de la tête. Ce gros amas empêchait la tête d'atteindre les switch car cela butait avant. Démontage des ventilos pour dégager la tête, chauffage à 250° pour ramollir et virer ce bloc... et c'est reparti.

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
