Dear Officer,

We come from KAUST (King Abudullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia) and would like to buy your printer.

Compared to other 3D printer company, we cannot get enough info from yours. We need to know more technical details (layer resolution, positioning precision) to make the final decision. Could you provide us these technical details?
