[Bug] Cura 4.2. Can't coast more than 0.242 mm3

If this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know where the right place is.

 

I can't coast volume more than 0.242 mm3.  I'm trying to eliminate stringing.  I'm using the popular stringing test (see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QRb54zVPfQ).  I've got an Ender 3, using Hatchbox PLA at 190C, 50 mm/s.

 

I've attached the screenshots showing when it will and won't slice.  If I up my coasting vol to 0.243 mm3, then it just hangs.

First thing i would try is to update to the latest version whats 4.3 and see if the bug still happens.
