· Ultimaker 3 not connecting to correct IP address
This is not a question about the printer, it is a question about your network router or DHCP server which handles the IP address assignments. Most routers have the option to reserve IP addresses for specific devices, so you are able to assign a specific IP to a printer, very similar as a fixed IP address. How do to that depends on your router or network equipment.
Another possibility is, to let Cura find your printers via Bonjour service. So if you don't setup your printer manually in Cura and setup a specific IP address for it in Cura, then Cura should be able to find the printer itself on your network, independent from the IP address.
The first option with the DHCP reservation is in my opinion the preferred one, because then you are on the save side, that it will always work.
