Cura does not run when Malwarebytes Antimalware is active

I'm running Windows 10. For sometime now, Cura 4.x loads but does not run if Malwarebytes Antimalware 4.x software is active.

The only way I've found for Cura to successfully run is to either quit Malwarebytes or add Cura.exe to the exclusion list in the detection settings in Malwarebytes.

Have there been any other reports of this undesirable interaction between Cura and Malwarebytes ?

A well known problem at all. Some other AV kits have this problem as well. This is something that you have to solve, contact Malewarebytes and complain this behavior. Ultimaker can't solve it for you.
