Change order R534724300

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I just sent a ticket # BRT-123-96836 to the sales department. Initial Order R534724300.

I do not know if we can change one of the coils ordered? I hope so!

It would just replace the single ABS White by PLA Pearl-White.

Does this have an impact on the time of delivery?

I go through the forum, there is the chance that the response is fast.

The rest of the order is unchanged. In theory the price should not change either.

Thank you to let me know either by private message or by email.

Alex.

Ah! I think they're working on it!

But do not hesitate to ask them for additional information. I did not count the number of emails that I sent to the support because with my English more than bad Google translations ... I really thought that there had not understood me.

Finally, if!

I admit that much stress. Now it is solved, so I thank many, many!

Hoping it can help you wait.

Alex.

Hi Alex,

I understand your eager to get a reply but I don't think the forum is the place to do this.

I see no added value for anyone reading this thread.

If you want information about an order please contact our sales team by email or give them a call.

@ R4ix, if you have an issue with an order please follow the same path; contact our sales team by email or give them a call. They are all very happy to help you.

Thank you.

    • "Back To The Future" using Generative Design & Investment Casting
Designing for light-weight parts is becoming more important, and I’m a firm believer in the need to produce lighter weight, less over-engineered parts for the future. This is for sustainability reasons because we need to be using less raw materials and, in things like transportation, it impacts the energy usage of the product during it’s service life.
