Hello,

 

I just sent a ticket # BRT-123-96836 to the sales department. Initial Order R534724300.

 

I do not know if we can change one of the coils ordered? I hope so!

 

It would just replace the single ABS White by PLA Pearl-White.

 

Does this have an impact on the time of delivery?

 

I go through the forum, there is the chance that the response is fast.

 

The rest of the order is unchanged. In theory the price should not change either.

You delete 1 ABS please.

 

Actually you add the PLA. No replace the ABS. Please.

Ah! I think they're working on it!

 

But do not hesitate to ask them for additional information. I did not count the number of emails that I sent to the support because with my English more than bad Google translations ... I really thought that there had not understood me.
