Corners of Print not Square

The picture below was printed with PETG and was printed at 50 mm/sec on a UM3. but I also have the same problem with PLA. and if I slow the print down. 

Do the Jerk settings help that? I did try it but I didn't see any difference. Thanks

    Ah. You're welcome. I remember dealing with that problem once; but it was slight. Flow could also be a dependent factor in this; try changing flow rate/speed. I just started printing around 3 weeks ago though, so my info probably isn't as reliable as the Moderators' info. But you can try it.

    3d printers overextrude a bit when they slow down.  The faster you print, the higher the pressure in the nozzle, and the more it overextrudes on corners (it slows down to roughly the jerk speed on corners).


    So you can fix this by either slowing down your printing speed (e.g. 25mm/sec) or you can fix this by increasing acceleration and jerk limits.  These are usually set on the printer.  If they are set too high you can lose steps and ruin the print.
