Hi there

I have a custom build printer and print over an octoprint server. In the Marketplace is a octoprint connection plugin but it dont work in my cura. I am not able to find the octoprint button in my manage printer tab. What I did wrong?

Greetings Uli

Hi Uli, I am the creator of that plugin. It is hard for me to tell you what is going on without more details. Could you post a link to your cura.log file? It can be found via the Help -> Show configuration folder... menu item. In the folder that opens, please locate the file named cura.log.

From the looks of that log file, it looks like the plugin is working as intended. However, you seem to have an Ultimaker S5 configured in Cura, and that printer is not compatible with OctoPrint so the button to configure the plugin to connect to OctoPrint is not shown. Then again, I also see that there is an OctoPrint instance on your network. Do you have multiple 3d printers?
