temperature error

Hello to everyone,
I have been using the creality ender 3 pro model with the ultimaker cura engine for a long time.

A strange mistake has begun to occur in recent days. When I slice and start printing with the settings on the screen, the temperature exceeds 200 ° C and starts printing at 220-225 ° C and always continues at this temperature. Rough / erroneous on the surface of the product printed at this temperature.

When I try the prints I have done before, the printing starts when it reaches 200 ° C as it should be. I encounter such an error in the files I make my new slicing.

I deleted the cura configuration folder and reset the settings, I tried the current version of cura and 4.5.0, I deleted the cura and reloaded it, but the result did not change.

I am waiting for your ideas and help.

the video will be added here when uploaded.
