No access to Ultimaker Essentials

I'm the IT admin for our company and I've signed up for the new Ultimaker Essentials early access program. I've signed up yesterday after the launch event and got my confirmation email. I made my Ultimaker account today (around 11:00 a.m.) and went to the link provided in the confirmation email (https://subscription.ultimaker.com). It keeps giving me the following message:

No access to Ultimaker Essentials

Please be advised: it may take up to 15 minutes before your essentials service is activated in our eco-system - please try again later.

It has been a couple of hours since I made the account and a day when I signed up. Did I forget something, should I keep on waiting or can anyone help me get in?

Hi @Huib, I spoke with our support team and it would be best if you could create a support ticket with the information you used to register, and they'll be able to help you. You can create a ticket via this link. Thank you, and good luck!

I've got the same issue - so @SandervG I would also be interested in the resolution................

Hi Steve, sorry to hear so. If you didn't get a message during registration that the email domain you are trying to use is not accepted, you should also create a support ticket with the information you used to register, and the support team will be able to help you. You can create a ticket via this link. Thanks,

I'd already raised a ticket, and they thought they'd resolved it today, but I still get the "No Access........" screen, so it's back with them.

Support solved this issue for me! 🙂

@SteveCox3D if this is also the case for you I think this thread can be closed.

Happy to hear, apologies for the inconvenience. I'll leave the thread open though, in case anyone else has a similar issue and wants to get into the conversation. But feel free to use the link and create a ticket on our own initiative if you also have difficulties logging in. Have a great day!

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
