Essentials - Weird email after sending in support ticket

Hello!

 

I've just send in a second support ticket about essentials with some questions. 

When I submitted the ticket I got the following email:

Unfortunately, you do not appear to have an Ultimaker Essentials Subscription.
To subscribe, please use the link provided below.

Already subscribed, or is something still unclear? Simply reply to this email and a member of our support staff will respond.

Subscribe to Ultimaker Essentials.

 

I am not sure if my ticket was send and/or received . Any way I (or you :P) can check this? Really want to start checking this out this week. Don't have a lot of time after that 😞

    Hi Huib,

     

    your ticket was received in well and good order!  we're working on the ticket, and you'll hear back before the end of the day ! Also gonna look into why you got that email!
