Thickness Below 3mm no infill, solid fill

Hi All,

 

I am printing a character from a video game that is quite big. He is holding a weapon and the handle of the weapon gets pretty thin. Is there a setting within cura to make it so that the entire print has infill except for areas that are very thin like the handle (specify less than 3 mm) where it'll make the handle part solid and print the rest of the part with infill? Attached is a picture of the cross section of the handle. Right now it will print with 3 walls and some infill. I'd rather it just be solid here, but have the rest of the print have infill.

You could increase the number of walls or go for the more labour intensive option of using modifier meshes.
