[Errno 13] permission denied

I have tired to download a file from Yeggi as a .stl and convert to g-code.  when I try and save it to the sd card it gives me the error:  Could not save to E:/UM2_Karambit divided half .gcode [Errno 13] permission denied E:/UM-2 Karmabit divided half.gcode

 

My read only is up on my card and I have tired several cards all with same error.

Are the cards locked? Most SD cards have this lock clip to prevent writing.

I've got the same error message! I just completed a print on my 3d printer, stuck my card into my computer and now it doesn't work! I get an error13 no permission. It's had me stuck for Hrs!!!! I FOUND the fix. when I put my micro card in the adapter I slid down the lock on the outside, it locked me out from changing anything on the card. pulled it out unlocked with the slide on the micro adapter stuck it back in everything works!!!

That was my exact problem. Perhaps, the OP inadvertently bumped the little slide switch on his/her card as I did. Your mention had me look at that and it fixed my similar issue right away.
