I had a problem with prints getting stretched on the y-axis on my Ultimaker 3, but I found out what was causing this problem. Since I didn't find the solution on the internet, I thought I'd share mine:

Some bits of extruded Filament got caught on the y-motors gear which increased the radius and thus changed the gear ratio. Because of that the print head moved further on this axis. The problem occurred on my Ultimaker 3, but I guess it could happen to other Ultimakers, too.
