Getting "application error.3xg-(Makerbot Repl 2x)

Newbie here,

I loaded 4.7, and all seems well.

When I run the slicer, and try to save to memory stick, I get an error box that says ERROR- application /3xg

I went back and made sure I  have loaded the 3xg driver, and now am at a loss as to how to fix this.

I dont find any other references  to this when googling same.
