Posted · Trouble Saving Machine Settings: Extruder start/stop

Having trouble saving printer machine settings for Extruders 1 or 2 - Start & Stop G-code on Cura 4.6 or 4.7.

(Note: Other parameters like Nozzle size save fine.)

Log gives me this:

This a bug or am I missing something?  Thx
