After slicing and moving into Preview mode, preview turns white. Model, printer, et al. Did not have this issue in 4.6.

Layers process. Slider functionality as well as play button respond.

Tried with multiple files. Problem is repeatable.

I am having the same problem.  Model slices, but when I go to PREVIEW window the entire window is blank white.  The time play line at the bottom is there, as well as the layer slider on the right, but no image.  I can send the print to the printer and it prints.

Seems to be an issue with the display of the PREVIEW.

This is occurring in Cura 4.8.0

Same for me: blank page on preview, also after slicing.

    Thanks if anyone can help!

    I've solved!

I've done a reset in the preferences to default and restarted Ultimaker Cura.

    That fixed!

    Hope that this helps you

    Kind regards

So how did you reset the Cura? I don't see in the preferences.

    Hi -

My 2 cents worth as I just ran into this problem as well.

Problem started after installing Custom Support plugin

Problem occurs when using custom support with running the slicer in 'standard' model first.

    'My' Fix:

    1. Import standard model.
    2. Slice Standard mode.
    3. Launch preview
    4. IN PREVIEW - Add custom support and settings as needed.
    5. Slice again, problem solved 😉

    Hope it helps!

Hello, just wanted to say that I had this same problem and I'm using Windows 11 developer preview. It would work properly on first (re)install, but never again. None of the above solutions worked.

If I run Cura as administrator it works fine consistently.
