Yes, I would give the nozzle a good cleaning before looking for other reasons. If the nozzle is partly clogged it can happen that you don't get a consistent extrusion.

And a third idea, after you have tried cleaning the nozzle, try if the Cura option "Outer before inner walls" helps.
yeah... procede cleaning the nozzle as Smithy said... atomic method
And them.. if this doesn't helps try another old version of Cura cause this 4.7.1 is not stable yet and it's ocorring some issues (blobs) in the outter shell.
By the way I can see slightly underextrusion and blobs on the wall if I'm not wrong

Have you tried to clean the nozzle with some hot/cold pulls?
How old is your TFM coupler, does it look bad?

I switched to a new TFM coupler before summer. Haven't printed since then I think.
Nope. Haven't cleaned the nozzle. Might that be a cause? If it is not cleaned the extrusion wont be as good, and may result in this quality?
