Hallo, liebe 3D Freunde!

Ich wollte bei meinem Ultimaker Printcore AA 0,4 die Düse  säubern. Deshalb wollte ich die Düse abschrauben!!  Sie war so fest , dass dabei das Gewinde in Bruch ging!!

Da dieses Teil nicht im Ersatzteilkatalog steht, wird es auch nicht zu kaufen sein! Ich habe mir einen neuen Printcore mit 0,8mm Düse gekauft, weil ich auch mit Holzfilament arbeiten will.

Nun habe ich festgestellt, dass die Düse 0,8 auch für viele anderen Drucke besser verwendbar ist als die mit 0,4mm! Es geht wesentlich schnalle und das Filament fliest besser ineinander!

 

Sollte jemand ebenfalls einen defekten Printcore haben, so hat er vielleicht dieses Mittelstück frei und kann es mir senden. Oder jemand benötigt die auf meinem Bild zu sehenden (ganzen) Teile, so möge er sich melden.

    People who have a defective print core and have this center piece free and maybe can send it to me. Or someone needs the parts that can be seen on my picture, so please get in touch.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
