Hallo zusammen. Ich versuche seit gut 2 Wochen einen einigermaßen tauglichen Initial Layer hinzubekommen. Ich denke ich sollte mal von grundauf beginnen: Ich habe eine Tronxy X5SA 400 und habe auf diesem Marlin aufgespielt. Des Weiteren habe ich die Druckplatte gewechselt und durch eine Prima Creator PEI ersetzt. Auch das Hotend habe ich durch ein Micro Swiss ersetzt. Kann mir jemand sagen, mit welche Temperatur das Bed jetzt haben muss? 35 Grad oder doch mehr. Der eine schreibt 60 Grad, der andere wieder was anderes. Bei 60  Grad brauchte ich bei der original Tronxy Platte Hammer und Meißel um das Filament abzubekommen. Sollte der Initiallayer immer 5 oder 10 Grad heißer gedruckt werden? Stimmt das? Ich habe derzeit Nunus PLA Filament 1.75 mm im Einsatz. Und kann mir jemand Erfahrungen mit dem 3DZ Pla Filament nennen? Das wäre es für das erste einmal.

    Hallo

    PLA wird für gewöhnlich mit 60° Betttemperatur gedruckt, auch der erste Layer und da gibt es auch keine Probleme. Ob das bei deinem Drucker anders ist kann ich nicht sagen, wir sind hier im Ultimaker Forum und ich kenne weder deinen Drucker noch deine Umbauten.

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
