Hello everybody,

I have already opened a topic in the German-speaking area, but i would like to open the topic here too.

https://community.ultimaker.com/topic/34344-materialstation-ums5-fehler-er61/

We have the following Problem with our Materialstation.

The error arose during the material change in the printing process.

Material in bay A became empty, so the station started to change the material.

After the material was out, this error occured (see attachement).

Now material is still displayed in bay A, although there is no material in it.

If we turn the printer on, bay A starts to rotate in order to rollout the material.

The this error occurs again.

We also manually pull the material in bay A to the Extruder 1.

The printer started up normaly, but bay A is marked blue (in use) without any material.

No printjobs can be started, because the printer starts and finishes immediately.

We have already checked everything exactly as it is in the guideline ER61
https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011706119-ER61-Material-Station-failed-to-unload-material

Can someone help please.

Best regards

    Hi,

Do you still have a spool in bay A or is it literally an empty bay?

It is possible that a piece of filament is stuck somewhere in the drive train, have inspected if any filament is left somewhere in the bowden tubes, decoupler or elsewhere in the system?

Perhaps you can also include a picture of the material station and possibly the backside of the machine / bowden tubes.

    Thanks,

    Hi @SandervG

The Bay A is completely empty.

There is also no piece of Filament somewhere in the system, because the Filament can be fully guided through manually.

We have already contacted our dealer iGo3D, who in turn contacts Ultimaker an sends the log data.
