Cura settings causing printer to not print

Uploaded a model from my laptop to an 8gb SD card, and when I start the print my printer will not start printing or even heat up the bed and nozzle. Not sure if this is a problem within Cura, but I've been having numerous problems lately and they were all from Cura that I was able to fix. I anyone else has had this problem please help. Thank you.
