PVA constantly failing in Material Station

It is extremely frustrating. Ever since we updated to the full pro setup (Material Station and Air Manager) our S5 has basically become useless. We use mainly PLA with PVA for support. Even with a new roll there is no guarantee that a print works out well. PVA keeps braking in the system ALL the time. You advertise a seamless workflow ... this thing doesn't work at all, which is a shame at almost $10K for the full setup. I've gone through 3 rolls of PVA in the past 2 weeks. Most of them crumbled in the Material Station. It might be time to rethink your formula for the PVA as it clearly isn't working with the machine. I've lost time, money, and material. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm tired of taking the setup apart to clean out broken bits and pieces. Is there a solution coming soon? I don't seem to be the only one experiencing these issues...
