Es kommt auch stark auf der Druck Ausrichtung an.
Denn wenn der Haken in Layer Richtung gedruckt wird kommt es auch auf der Layerhaftung drauf an, und diese ist meist nicht so hoch wie gegen der Layer Richtung.
Aber der Material Vorschlag von Smithy ist gut

Falls die Temperatur-Beanspruchung nicht groß ist, ist Nylon eigentlich auch eine gute Sache. Kommt wohl aber auch sehr stark auf die Geometrie an. Wenn es reicht fein ist, ist Nylon wahrschein schon wieder zu flexibel. Bei stärkeren Geometrien die nicht brechen sollen funktioniert es aber gut.
Edited by Jonas98Ich denke das kann man nur austesten, ich habe mit Nylon für einen ähnlichen Anwendungsbereich keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht.
Diese Halterung hat mit Nylon ca 2 Wochen funktioniert, dann hat sich nachgegeben und das Tool ist rausgefallen.
Ich hab dann das gleich mit PP gedruckt und das ist nun 1,5 Jahre her und funktioniert immer noch.
Für einen Schnapphaken könnte PP aber eventuell zu weich/elastisch sein.

New features
Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.-

Du brauchst ein Material welches nicht zu steif da dir ansonsten die Haken brechen. Also PLA fällt damit schon einmal weg.
PETG ist glaube ich ganz brauchbar, das ist weniger steif und für solche Zwecke ganz gut geeignet. Die Frage ist aber auch noch, welche Last muss so ein Haken aushalten oder ist es nur ein Designstück. Weil PETG funktioniert zwar so ganz gut, aber viel Last hält es natürlich nicht aus.
Solltest du dann wirklich auch noch mechanische Beanspruchungen haben, dann musst du eher auf faserverstärkte Materialien gehen oder Polycarbonat etc. Die sind dann aber in der Regel alle nicht so einfach zu drucken.
