Hardcore failing ABL

Recommended Posts

Posted · Hardcore failing ABL

I get this issue about 1/3 the time I start a print and it gets annoying to restart each time. My hardcore nozzle goes slightly lower than my normal AA 0.4 would and when I start ABL will occasionally get this error "Difference between detected height of both PrintCores exceeds realistic values" I attached a photo of both my cores. Core 1 is the hardcore while Core 2 is a normal AA Core. I haven't noticed any difference in print quality and have tried multiple nozzles and tightening as much as possible but still get this error. Any help is appreciated.
