first layer height moves too much

Hi, I recently downloaded the Cura slicer since everyone recommended it to me, but i seem to have an issue with it whenever I slice an object and upload the G-code  to my printer the first layer height moves too much, even though I set the first layer height to 0.1 mm. I didn't have this issue in slic3r

my printer is a reprap printer I made using the ramps1.4

the firmware it uses is marlin.

 

i looked all over the internet for the sollution but unfortunately couldnt find one and i really want to try out this slicer

so can someone help me with this problem?
