Posted · Fan Setting on first soild layer after infill, also on outline

Is there an existing setting to set fan speed only on the first layer after infill?  This helps create a smooth initial layer after a sparse infill such as 10%.  Similarly a setting would also be useful for turning the fan on for outline only, this would help with unsupported angles.
