Cura height is lower than model height

I have been adjusting printer settings to calibrate for printing size.

I noticed that if I make a 5.0mm high box and slice it with cura, with the layer height at .2mm and initial height at .2mm, it slices it to 23 layers.

At .2mm per layer that makes it 4.6mm. Is there something I'm missing that would cut off 2 layers?

Select the model.  Click on the "move" tool on the left of the screen and check the "Z".  It should be zero.

Didn't think of that but checked and it is at 0.

But it got me thinking and I selected the default .2mm setting and it slices to 25 layers, so it mus be something I changed. I'll have to go over all my settings and find the problem.

Do a Save-As .3mf and post it here.  Your math is correct though.  Even in Detroit schools 5/.2 = 25.

Finally found it. Under experimental - slicing tolerance, sometime I had set it to exclusive instead of middle. Must have been trying something and never set it back.
